The Board of Advisors is composed of eminent personalities from diverse backgrounds that provide a mix of expertise relevant to inclusive and responsible business in Southeast Asia. The Board provides strategic advice and guidance to ARAIBA Sdn Bhd, its strategic priorities, programmes and partnerships, and its operational budget and annual work plan in order for ARAIBA to achieve its objectives.

Eugene K.B. Tan is an Associate Professor of Law at Singapore Management University. He served as a Nominated Member of Singapore’s 12th Parliament (2012–2014) and is currently Singapore’s Alternative Representative to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR).

Dr. Marimuthu Nadason is a leading advocate in consumerism and social development. He chairs the Malaysian Standards and Accreditation Council (MSAC) and sits on the Board of the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC). He has previously chaired the National Consumer Advisory Council under the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism, and served as Chairperson of AsiaDHRRA and Co-Chair of ANCO. He has also presented widely at national and international conferences on consumer rights and standards development.

Daw Khine Khine Nwe (Rosaline) is Deputy Managing Director of Best Industrial Company Limited, a garment-manufacturing company. She is also General Secretary of the Myanmar Garment Manufacturers’ Association and Joint Secretary-General of the UMFCCI, where she heads the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Industrial Relations Committee.
